The Domaine Sant Jordi estate is located in Banyuls-sur-Mer on the Côte Vermeille, bordered by the Mediterranean Sea and the Albères mountain range. Operating within the AOC Banyuls and AOC Collioure denominations, the winery cultivates several hectares of vineyards featuring schist soils. The production includes wines such as the red Le Flamboyant, the rosé L’instant présent, and the barrel-aged white wine Voyage des Sens. The estate distributes its products to both private and professional customers throughout France.
