About the estate

The Domaine Salvy estate in Cahuzac-sur-Vère looks back on a history dating back to 1881 and is currently managed by the fifth generation. Located in the Gaillac region, the winery works with more than ten grape varieties and produces a diverse range of styles including dry white, red, rosé, sweet wine, and méthode ancestrale. The estate follows environmentally friendly practices and has held a high environmental value certification since 2019. As independent winemakers, the proprietors control the entire production process from the vineyard to the bottle.
