Domaine Salisquet

About the estate

The family-owned Domaine Salisquet manages a ten-hectare vineyard in the Buzet appellation within southwest France. The Chassenard family has cultivated the estate according to organic farming principles since 2010. The terroir features sedimentary terraces, gravel deposited by the Garonne, and diverse soils consisting of clay, sand, and limestone. These soils provide the environment for the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate utilizes these varieties to produce its red and rosé blends.
