The Jaillance estate was founded in 1950 and operates as a cooperative uniting over two hundred winegrowers in France. The vineyards are located in the Diois region near the Vercors and in the Bordeaux area. The portfolio includes various appellations such as AOC Crémant de Bordeaux, Châtillon-en-Diois, Clairette de Die, Coteaux de Die, and Crémant de Die. Production encompasses both traditional sparkling wines and still wines from the affiliated family estates. The wines are exported to numerous countries worldwide.
