Domaine Preignes le Neuf

About the estate

The Domaine Preignes le Neuf estate is located in the south of France in the heart of Languedoc and has been cultivated by the same family for five generations. The vineyards cover nearly 150 hectares on gently sloping limestone-clay soils along the hillsides of the Libron. The estate grows eleven grape varieties, comprising red varieties such as Marselan, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside white varieties like Chardonnay and Viognier. Vineyard management focuses on sustainable agriculture and reasoned pest protection to ensure the production of healthy grapes. The subsequent traditional vinification takes place parcel by parcel in the cellar to preserve the unique characteristics of the terroir.
