About the estate

The Domaine Émile et Rose estate is located in the rural village of Corneilhan in the Languedoc region and has been farmed organically since 2001. In 2018, the property was taken over by Anne-Laure and Marc Royo, who currently cultivate 27 hectares of vineyards. The plots are situated on small hillsides with sandy soils in the rural municipalities of Corneilhan and Pailhès. Under the Coteaux de Béziers protected geographic indication, the winery produces predominantly single-varietal micro-cuvées from historic or rare Mediterranean grape varieties such as Carignan, Aramon, Alicante, and Grenache. Traditional vinification is carried out naturally without synthetic products, with a portion of the wines aged in amphorae.
