About the estate
The Domaine Perraton winery is located in Chaintré in the southern part of Burgundy and is managed as a family business. The origins of the estate date back to 1970 when René Perraton founded the winery, which is now run by the family. The vineyard covers twelve hectares with clay-limestone soils where exclusively Chardonnay is cultivated. The plots are farmed using sustainable methods, and the wines are vinified in both historic and modern cellars. The annual production amounts to approximately 70,000 bottles, which are distributed in France and on export markets.
The eno directory lists 7 wines, mostly from Chardonnay.
