About the estate

The Domaine Jean-Jacques Girard estate looks back on centuries of winemaking tradition in Savigny-les-Beaune in Burgundy, passed down through seven generations. Today, the family-run enterprise cultivates 21 hectares of vineyards and produces around 150,000 bottles annually. Farming is conducted with a deep respect for the environment and has been certified since 2020. For the vinification of Aligoté, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, the winery combines traditional expertise with modern techniques to preserve the expression of each terroir.
