About the estate

The historical André Delorme estate was founded in 1942 in Rully and is recognized as a pioneer for Crémant de Bourgogne in the Côte Chalonnaise. Spanning 116 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates several appellations including Rully, Mercurey, Bouzeron, Givry, and Montagny. Since 2005, the estate has been managed by Eric Piffaut, whose family has been involved in winemaking for generations. The grapes are harvested by hand and meticulously vinified in the estate's rock-hewn cellars. Today, the winery distributes its renowned sparkling and still wines to connoisseurs worldwide.
