The Domaine Lou Gaillot estate is located in Casseneuil in southwest France and is managed by Gilles Pons, who took over the winery in 1999. Spanning 13 hectares of vineyards, the estate practices organic farming to produce twelve different cuvées from ten grape varieties. Vineyard management follows the rhythm of the seasons, utilizing both manual harvesting for select lots and mechanical harvesting. Red wines are partially aged in oak barrels within a cellar that is over 200 years old. The estate markets its wines under the Agenais IGP denomination.
