About the estate
The Domaine de Quissat estate is located in Bazens within the Lot-et-Garonne department and has been managed by the current generation since 2018 following in the parents' footsteps. The small five-hectare vineyard is situated on a south-facing clay-limestone slope within a family farm operated organically since 1998. Alongside classic varieties, the vineyard features diverse local grapes and hybrids used to produce organic red, rosé, and white wines. The production methods include hand-harvesting, the use of indigenous yeasts, and natural vinification with minimal or no added sulfites. The resulting portfolio is marketed under the IGP Agenais and Vin de France designations.
