About the estate
The Domaine le Passelys is a family estate managed by the Baudel family for over eight generations in Douelle in south-west France. Covering 9.5 hectares of vineyards spread across the communes of Douelle, Mercuès, and Parnac, the winery is situated predominantly on the third terraces of the appellation. The organically farmed vineyards are mainly planted with Malbec, alongside resistant grape varieties used for the Colibri range. The production includes AOC Cahors and Côtes du Lot IGP wines, crafted through manual vineyard work and careful soil management.
