Mas Del Périé

About the estate

The Mas Del Périé estate is located in Trespoux-Rassiels and was established in 2006 by Fabien Jouves, who comes from an old farming family from the Causse. The vineyards are situated on the highest hillsides of Cahors at the junction with the terroirs of the Quercy slopes, with the Malbec grape variety taking center stage. Due to this location, parcel selection is used to express the different facets of the variety through biodynamic farming. In the cellar, the wines are vinified naturally without oenological additives and matured according to their personality in concrete vats, barrels, large casks, and amphorae.
