About the estate

The Domaine la Cendrillon estate looks back on a long family history in the village of Ornaisons at the foot of the Corbières mountains and is managed across generations today. The vineyards extend over clay-limestone soils, gravel subsoils, and schist formations, benefiting from a wide diversity of terroirs and exposures. The estate operates according to organic principles featuring manual soil cultivation, cover cropping, and hand harvesting of the grapes. In the cellar, vinification is carried out parcel by parcel with minimal intervention, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in concrete vats, large wooden casks, and neutral oak barrels. The produced wines fall under the AOC Corbières appellation as well as the IGP Pays d'Oc designation.
