About the estate
The Domaine du Pin estate is located in the municipality of Moulès und Baucels in the Hérault department, on the heights of the Terrasses du Larzac and near the boundaries of the Pic-st-Loup. Run by the third generation, the family-owned winery manages a total vineyard area of 48 hectares on limestone and clay soils. The specific geography favors a slow grape maturation that contributes freshness and aromatic complexity to the wines. The grape variety portfolio includes Syrah, Grenache, Chardonnay, as well as newer plantings of Viognier, Vermentino, and Roussanne. A portion of the vineyards is dedicated to producing bottled wines and bag-in-boxes.
