About the estate
The Domaine du Centaure estate in Dardagny looks back on a family history dating back to the late 14th century. Claude Ramu took over the property in 1982 and runs it today together with his son Julien Ramu in the Geneva wine region. The vineyard area covers 18 hectares, extending notably across the Coteau de la Donzelle and the slopes overlooking the castle of Dardagny. All wines are vinified directly on the property, with a strong emphasis on preserving biodiversity and passing down knowledge through generations.
