Les Vallières

About the estate

The Les Vallières estate looks back on a long family tradition in viticulture, while the first own cuvée was created in 1984 by Louis Serex. Today, the winery located in Satigny in the Mandement region is managed by the family. On a vineyard area of 15 hectares with molasse soils facing southeast, various grape varieties are cultivated. The wines are produced according to the principles of organic agriculture without synthetic additives and without herbicides. The portfolio is marketed under the AOC Genève appellation.

The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.
