About the estate
The Domaine Château L'Eveque estate is located in Jussy within the Geneva region and features a history dating back to 1266 with the construction of the former episcopal castle. Since 2007, the winery has cultivated its vineyards using biodynamic methods and holds certifications from BioSuisse and Demeter. The vinification takes place directly on the estate, which includes aging in concrete egg-shaped vats to refine the wines. These offerings carry the AOC Genève designation and reflect the unique character of the historic clos.
