About the estate

The Domaine des Rabichattes estate has been managed by successive families for over 150 years and is currently run by Fabrice and Vincent Grebet. Covering 28 hectares of vineyards, the property produces wines under the AOC Pouilly-Fumé, AOC Pouilly-sur-Loire, and Côtes de la Charité IGP denominations. The estate has refrained from using pesticides and chemical weedkillers for more than a decade. Winemaking focuses on minimal intervention and allowing nature to guide the process, backed by recent investments in winery equipment. The portfolio includes a total of eight wines produced from four grape varieties across three soil types.
