Domaine des Poncetys

About the estate

The Domaine des Poncetys estate is located in Davayé at the foot of the rocks of Vergisson and Solutré in southern Burgundy. As the educational winery of the local viticultural school, the estate cultivates seventeen hectares of vineyards. The vines are distributed across the Saint-Véran, Pouilly-Fuissé, and Mâcon-Davayé appellations. Since two thousand and four, the estate has been engaged in identifying its terroirs inspired by the Burgundian climate culture. In addition to winemaking, the agricultural operation includes goat farming and cheese production.
