Domaine de Soustres

About the estate

The Domaine de Soustres estate is located on the Colline d’Ensérune in Montady and looks back on a family history that began in the late 19th century. Covering 50 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates Southern and international grape varieties situated within the Coteaux d’Ensérune IGP denomination. The geological formations consisting of sandstone and marl, combined with the Mediterranean climate, shape the character of the wines. Within the historic cellar, the wines are crafted under the supervision of the winemaker from the planting of the vines to the bottling process.
