About the estate

The Domaine de la Provenquiere estate is located in the heart of Languedoc in Capestang and has been managed by the Robert-Boularand family since 1954. The vineyards cover 155 hectares featuring a diverse range of soils including gravel, clay, and blue marl. A wide variety of grape varieties are cultivated here to produce white, red, rosé, and orange wines under the IGP Pays d’Oc and IGP Coteaux d’Ensérune denominations. The estate practices sustainable agriculture certified with HVE 3 standards in the vineyards. Vinification takes place in a modern cellar utilizing various aging vessels such as stainless steel tanks, concrete vats, and oak barrels.
