About the estate
The Cave Coopérative Les Vignerons d'Ensérune winery traces its origins back to 1901 with the construction of France's first cooperative cellar in the village of Maraussan. Today, the cooperative brings together around 500 winegrowing families who collectively cultivate a vineyard area of 3000 hectares spread across eleven villages. The members are dedicated to a sustainable agriculture that respects both people and nature. The portfolio features wines from various protected designations of origin such as AOC St Chinian, AOC Coteaux du Languedoc, AOC Corbières, and AOC Minervois, alongside IGP wines.
