Domaine de Mingraut

About the estate

The Domaine de Mingraut estate is located in Fontcouverte within the Languedoc-Roussillon region and dates back to the late 19th century. The buildings were constructed on former lands belonging to the Marquise de Nattes, with the initial vineyards planted between 1890 and 1910. Véronique Cuculière took over the property in 1997 and has managed it independently since then. The estate operates under organic farming practices, featuring soil cover management and manual harvesting. The portfolio includes organic white and red wines, holding denominations such as AOC Corbières.
