About the estate
The Domaine de Maison Neuve estate is a traditional family-run wine property cultivated on the green hills of Le Boulvé since 1900. The estate covers 14 hectares of vineyards, with 12 hectares dedicated to the AOC and 2 hectares to Vin de Pays. The vines are planted on south-facing hillside plots situated between the white Quercy and the Lot valley on clay, iron-rich, and slightly limestone soils. The winemaking focuses primarily on the Malbec grape variety, accompanied by complementary varieties such as Merlot Noir and Tannat. Managed across generations by the family, the winery utilizes modern vinification tanks and oak barrel aging to produce structured regional wines.
