About the estate
The Domaine de Combet estate is situated on the Monbazillac plateau south of Bergerac in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. Across 21 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates white grape varieties such as Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc, Sauvignon gris, Chenin, and Muscadelle, alongside several red varieties. The vineyards fall under the AOC Monbazillac, Côtes de Bergerac, and Bergerac appellations. The estate follows organic farming practices, relying on mechanical soil cultivation and minimizing inputs in both the vineyard and the cellar. Harvesting is carried out manually at full maturity to preserve the typical characteristics of the terroir.
