About the estate

The Domaine Croix de Saint Privat estate is located in Aniane within the Languedoc region and is managed by Olivier Ferrié as the fifth generation of the family, having taken over the property in 2001. The family-run winery spans 25 hectares of vineyards set on clay-limestone soils with gravel and pebbles at the foot of the Larzac plateau within the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. Operating under organic agriculture practices since 2001, the estate focuses on environmental preservation and minimal intervention both in the vineyard and the cellar. The grapes are harvested at maturity during the cool morning hours to produce wines that authentically express their origin.
