About the estate
The Domaine Binet-Jacquet estate was founded in 1999 by Olivier Binet and Pierre Jacquet and covers nine hectares of vineyards. The vines are located in the hills of the southern Cévennes within the Faugères appellation on very ancient schist soils. The portfolio comprises five different cuvées including the Faugères, the Réserve, the Grande Réserve, the Grande Réserve de Schiste, and a Réserve Blanc de Noir. All vineyard work is carried out in a artisanal and biodynamic manner using traditional planting methods. In the cellar, vinification is conducted with great respect to preserve the mineral and fresh characteristics of the terroir.
