About the estate
The Clos Thou estate is situated on the slopes of Jurançon in the Pyrenean foothills and operates under organic farming practices, certified by Bureau Veritas. Influenced by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees, the vineyards cultivate grape varieties such as Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, and traditional local varieties like Courbu and Camaralet. The terroir is characterized by the poudingues of Jurançon. Harvesting is done entirely by hand, and the production focuses on dry and sweet white wines as well as late harvests.
