About the estate
The Cru Lamouroux estate is located in the heart of the Jurançon appellation and was acquired in 1895 by François Hourreu. Today, the fifth generation of the family manages a vineyard area of 3.5 hectares on slopes ranging from 20 to 40 percent. The deep soils and the sheltered south and southwest exposures shape the character of the wines. Vineyard management is carried out largely by hand, from traditional pruning to selective harvesting. Furthermore, all vinification and bottling take place directly at the property.
