About the estate

The Domaine Nigri is a traditional wine estate in Monein at the foot of the Pyrenees, operating since 1685 and currently directed by the fourth generation of the Lacoste family. The 15 hectares of vineyards are situated on south- to southwest-facing slopes across the Pyrenean foothills. The estate cultivates the native grape varieties Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng, Courbu, Camaralet, and Lauzet. It produces dry and sweet wines under the AOC Jurançon denomination. Farming is conducted according to organic agriculture practices.

The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng.
