About the estate
The Château Puech-Haut estate is located in Languedoc between the shores of the Mediterranean and the foothills of the Cévennes, covering 150 hectares of vineyards. The history of the property is closely linked to its founder, Gérard Bru, who established the winery on previously uncultivated land. Today, the enterprise comprises three distinct domains sharing soils covered with rolled pebbles. Winemaking combines traditional methods, such as treading the grapes, with modern cellar technology. Depending on the wine style, maturation takes place in oak barrels, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, and demi-muids.
