The Chateau l'Amiral estate is located in Aigues-Vives in the Languedoc-Roussillon region and produces wines under denominations including AOC Minervois and IGP Pays d'Oc. Situated in the heart of Minervois, the winery has been passed down from parents to children through seven generations, maintaining its family-owned character throughout its history. The vineyards are planted on diverse soils composed of molasse, sandstone, gravel, and marl, cultivating grape varieties such as Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Marselan, and Viognier. Through tailored vineyard management and low average yields, the property concentrates grape aromas to craft expressive wines. Today, the estate is managed by the family's newest generation of trained winemakers, preserving the traditional ethos of the house.
