About the estate
The Château de Lascaux estate is located in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup in Vacquières and is managed by the Cavalier family in the 14th and 15th generation. The vineyards are characterized by limestone-silty-sandy soils and wild garrigue, with the cooler climate favoring optimal grape maturation. The estate has been farmed organically since 2006 and has applied biodynamic practices for over ten years. For vinification, the winery relies on practices such as the use of indigenous yeasts and aging in concrete or stainless steel tanks.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
