Celler Parató

About the estate

The Celler Parató winery has its historical roots in Barcelona, where the Elias family has cultivated vineyards since the 17th century. Following an interruption caused by the Spanish Civil War, Josep Elias Andreu revived the family tradition in 1975 by acquiring 94 hectares of vineyards in the heart of Alt Penedès. In 1977, the estate built its own production cellar. Today, the business is continued by the four siblings Josep, Montse, Esther, and Jordi Elias Terns. The estate consistently relies exclusively on its own grapes for the production of wines and cavas.

The eno directory lists 14 wines, mostly from Xarel·lo and Pinot Noir.
