About the estate

The Casa Lata – Agroturismo & Enoturismo estate has the history of a traditional Minho farmhouse dedicated to agriculture, livestock, and winemaking. Today, the family-run business is managed by José Carlos Costa and his daughter Margarida, who revived the property. In a modern winery, they produce Vinho Verde DOC wines from the indigenous grape varieties of the region located between the Cávado and Homem rivers. In addition to winemaking, the estate offers guest accommodations in the main house and a rustic cottage overlooking the vineyards.
