The Quinta do Tamariz estate is located in Barcelos within the Vinho Verde region and is managed across four generations. The origins of the property date back to the late 19th century, followed by significant viticultural development starting in 1926 under D. Lúcia Borges Vinagre. The winery produces wines, sparkling wines, and wine spirits, following the guiding principle of more physics and less chemistry in both the vineyard and the cellar. Operating as independent winegrowers, the estate preserves accumulated experience while maintaining a focus on the future.
