About the estate
The Carles de Lavern estate in Subirats manages a historic property in the heart of Penedès with terraced vineyards situated at altitudes of up to 375 metres and a special microclimate. The winery builds upon a long tradition while focusing on organic agriculture and an environmentally conscious approach in the vineyards. The property encompasses two cellars, including the historic Masia Savall and Masia Cal Maristany, which was founded in 1826. The portfolio features three wines from the 2016 harvest, comprising a white wine, a free-run juice rosé, and a red wine aged in American oak barrels. Wine production operates under the Cava DO and Penedès DO appellations.
