About the estate
The Celler Giró Ribot winery is a family-run estate with an international outlook located within the Cava DO and Penedès DO appellations. Passed down through generations, the guiding principle of the estate focuses on quality and authenticity above all. Alongside the production of wines and cavas, the property welcomes visitors for tours and events situated among the vineyards. Distribution reaches across the globe through a network of partners in over thirty countries.
The eno directory lists 29 wines, mostly from Parellada and Macabeo. The estate sells to distributors. Export markets include Germany, Austria, Belgium and Slovakia.

Elaboración: La uva se despalilla y se somete a una criomaceración para extraer los aromas primarios de la variedad. La fermentación se produce en tinas de acero inoxidable a temperaturas muy bajas, entre 12-14 ºC. El vino coupage realiza una segunda fermentación en botella, siguiendo el método tradicional.
