Cantina Hefti Vini

About the estate

The family-run Cantina Hefti Vini estate was founded in 2001 by Paolo Hefti, who took over the vineyards from his father. Covering an area of approximately three hectares planted predominantly with Merlot and a small portion of Chardonnay, the vines are cultivated sustainably following integrated production standards. With an average age of 30 years, the vineyards are located in the alluvial plain of the municipality of Terre di Pedemonte, with the exception of a single plot. A new winery was established in 2011 in the countryside of Verscio amidst the estate's own vineyards. The selected grapes are vinified using traditional methods combined with modern equipment.
