About the estate
The Bodega Sanstravé winery originates at the Finca Gasset estate in Solivella within the Conca de Barberà wine region. Spanning over 25 hectares of vineyards, the vines grow on red clay soils while the family draws upon a longstanding heritage in agriculture and baking. The estate manages all production stages independently, beginning with manual harvest through to labeling and commercialization. Inside the winery, temperature control and carbonic snow maceration are applied to produce a range of still wines and cavas. The adjoining rural house, built in 1868, forms part of the family property and features vintage furnishings alongside historical winemaking equipment.
