About the estate

The Bacco del Monte estate in Vicchio, Tuscany, was established in the late 1970s by grandfather Sergio and is currently managed by Enrico and Silvia. Spanning two hectares of hillside vineyards, the winery cultivates varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a unique local microclimate. The operational approach combines sustainable agricultural practices with modern methods while respecting the natural characteristics of the terroir. Harvesting is conducted manually, followed by vinification entirely within the estate cellars to produce four unfiltered wines. The family-run business focuses on maintaining a balance between long-standing heritage and continuous development.
