About the estate

The AZIENDA VITIVINICOLA IL PUPILLO di BENELLI LAURA estate has been producing quality wines and olive oils in the Maremma since 1957 and is now managed by the third generation. The vineyards are situated on the hills of Scarlino in Tuscany within the production zone of Monteregio di Massa Marittima and the Tuscany IGT denomination. The winery places great emphasis on protecting and promoting native grape varieties vinified as varietal wines. The wine portfolio ranges from young white, rosé, and red wines to medium-aged reds, reserves, passito wines, and Vinsanto.

The eno directory lists 19 wines, mostly from Malvasia and Aleatico Nero. The estate sells to retail.
