About the estate

The Rocca di Castagnoli estate is part of the Tenute Calì wine group and originates from a family tradition in agriculture and winemaking rooted over generations. In 1981, the family acquired one of the oldest and most noble historic estates in Chianti Classico, located in Gaiole in Chianti in Tuscany. The entrepreneurial mission focuses on producing unique wines recognizable for their typical character while respecting the surrounding territory. Over the subsequent years, the holdings were expanded to include Tenuta Graffetta in Sicily and Poggio Maestrino in the Maremma region. Today, the estate continues its winegrowing activities across multiple renowned Italian wine areas with a continuous commitment to quality.

The eno directory lists 29 wines, mostly from Vermentino and Grillo. The estate sells to retail.
