About the estate
The Alemat winery is an organic estate located in Ponzano Monferrato in the Piedmont region. The company focuses on environmentally friendly agriculture free from pesticides and chemical contaminations to preserve ecological balance. Energy is supplied independently and without emissions via photovoltaic systems and heat pumps for the cellar and residence. In addition, packaging is kept plastic-free by using interlocking cardboard boxes instead of adhesive tape. The portfolio includes wines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and wines from the Barbera d'Asti DOCG, Grignolino d'Asti DOC, Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese DOC, Monferrato DOC and Piemonte DOC appellations.
