Tenuta La Tenaglia

About the estate

The historical Tenuta La Tenaglia estate is located in Piedmont in Serralunga di Crea at the foot of the Sacro Monte di Crea and dates back to the early seventeenth century. In the year 2000, the German-Italian Ehrmann family acquired the property and currently cultivates a vineyard area of 16 hectares. The focus lies on producing regional grape varieties such as Barbera d'Asti, Barbera del Monferrato, and Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese. Cultivation follows the principles of integrated agriculture with a focus on high grape quality. The wines are distributed in Italy as well as on international markets.
