The Adela Adoración Folgueral Martínez estate manages ten hectares of vineyards in the Bierzo DO region. The history of the winery dates back to 1976 when the family took over the management of vineyards in Valtuille de Abajo, focusing on traditional grape varieties such as Mencía and Godello. Vineyard management is organic and manual, placing a strong emphasis on the preservation of old vines. In the restored historical cellar, the grapes are fermented separately by parcel in stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels. The portfolio focuses on regional wines that reflect the specific characteristics of the local terroir.
