The Weingut und Winzerhof Emmerich estate in Iphofen in the Franken region produces wine in the sixth generation. The winery relies on close-to-nature cultivation, organic fertilizer from its own compost, and diverse cover crops, viewing the vineyard as a living biotope. A special feature is the Old Franconian Field Blend with over 100-year-old ungrafted vines at the Seinsheimer Hohenbühl. In the cellar, the estate focuses on traditional craft such as spontaneous fermentation, aging in oak barrels, and extended lees contact. In addition to winemaking, the family-run business also offers guest rooms and camper pitches.
