About the estate
The Fischer estate in Wiesentheid looks back on a history that began in 1948 with the establishment of a wine trading business. In 1979, the enterprise purchased its first own vineyard and thus laid the foundation for its current winemaking operations in Franconia. Today, Thomas Fischer is responsible for all aspects of viticulture and vinification within the family-run business. The portfolio includes various grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Silvaner, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Bacchus, Scheurebe, and Gewürztraminer. Distribution takes place via regional retail as well as selected gastronomic partners in Germany.
