About the estate
The Clemens Busch winery cultivates its vineyards on the Moselle with a focus on biodiversity, vine vitality, and a respectful approach to nature. Farming is conducted predominantly by hand, utilizing herbal extracts and organic methods for plant protection. During vinification, the estate relies on gentle treatment, spontaneous fermentation, and aging in traditional 1000-liter oak casks as well as stainless steel tanks. The wines reflect their origins in sites such as the Fahrlay parcel, which is dominated by hard blue slate. Additives are entirely avoided to preserve the full potential of the grapes.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Riesling.
